Emma’s Bites – Pie!

Pie!!!
So I don’t know about you but I bloody love pie!
I love making cheese pie and this one is healthy and quick and easy to make.
You need a bag of grated cheese, potatoes and some wraps.
First of all peel and chop two small ish jacket potatoes and cook until soft then mash up.

While they cook, chop and dice an onion then fry in a pan with butter. It has
to be butter tho not fry light or oil.

Grab a bowl. Add the mash, onion and cheese. Now as always, don’t ask for amounts……ha ha. I used half a bag of cheese and one onion. I have to taste to see decide if it’s the right balance.
Get your wraps and some milk or an egg whisked up. Brush some along the edge on one half.

Then fill your wrap with a few tablespoons of your mixture and press the edges together. stick it in the oven for like 5/8 minutes until browns and then serve. I usually serve with hoops. Cheap. Cheerful. Tasty. Sorted!

As for my menu for this week. This week consists of;
Monday:
Breakfast – Cereal
Lunch – Rice salad
Dinner – Cheese and onion pie wraps
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Poached Egg on toast
Lunch – Rice salad
Dinner – Leftover beef sandwiches and carrot chips
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Poached Egg on toast
Lunch – Picky plate
Dinner – Burger and chips
Thursday:
Breakfast – French toast and berries
Lunch – Rice salad
Dinner – Chicken wraps with wedges
Friday:
Breakfast – Cereal
Lunch – Rice salad
Dinner – Indian fakeaway
Saturday:
Breakfast – Cereal
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Afternoon tea (Ethan’s birthday)
Sunday:
Breakfast – Pancakes and berries
Lunch – Toasties
Dinner – Roast beef dinner
