Emma’s Bites – stir fry

So here we are again. Another foodie blog.
I’m keeping it simple this week with a story fry!
Now I wanted to use prawns but Ste wasn’t keen. You could use tofu as well, however we used chicken. We bought a whole chicken and seasoned and cooked it. We used some in the stir fry and the rest was used for lunches.
Now I’m a huge fan of frozen peppers and onions. Especially when I’m having a flare up with my FND which I am now. It’s up to you if you use frozen or fresh but throw some in the wok and cook them up.
Then add your rice noodles which only take a few minutes.

Sauce, we used blue dragon sweet chilli sauce. Add that and your chicken or whatever you are using. Stir fry for a few lunges and that’s it done.
It literally takes less than 10 minutes, it’s tasty and easy to do plus it’s tasty so win win I reckon!

Let me know if you try it. I would love to know.
Our meals this week are as follows:
Chilli and rice
Sweet and sour chicken and rice.
Toad in the hole
Chicken burgers
Share your meal ideas with me I would love some more inspiration!!!!
