Emma’s Bites – Meal Plan

So after that really long post on my Indian fake-away I figured I would write my meal plan separate!
Breakfasts this week will just be cereal or poached eggs on toast. Lunches just up a soups, picky plates or jacket potato and cheese.
This week I’ve tried to be more money savvy and eat things like leftovers and using what’s already in the freezer.
Monday – leftover beef from yesterday’s roast dinner, home made chips and some gravy.
Tuesday – pitta bread pizza and chips (I have some pittas in the freezer already)
Wednesday – jacket potato and leftover curry or spaghetti hoops and cheese
Thursday – sausage and mash (I have sausages left over in the freezer)
Friday – pasta and garlic bread
Saturday – prawn noodle stir fry (I already have prawns in the freezer and noodles in the cupboard)
Sunday – pie and chips (well it’s Father’s Day so it’s his treat lol)
