Hey! So how are we all doing?
Let’s get right too it…….I sat down over twixmas and decided to get stuck in to meal planning for January. With all the uncertainty of what’s going to happen I decided I wanted to get control of something. So I wrote a 4 week meal plan. I know there is a lot of talk about body acceptance and learn to love your size etc etc and that’s great. However I personally feel extremely uncomfortable with my body and the way I look at the moment. Hell even my bloody knickers and socks are too bloody tight now (sodding lockdown weight!), it doesn’t help that I can’t exercise either due my disability. So that leads me to say as well that I also did this meal plan with lower calories in mind and therefore wanted to plan the month out so that I didn’t sway from staying healthy!!!!
One more thing before I detail the meal plan, I also set up a new instagram account called @mrs_sheps_kitchen to document my meals and calories. I have also switched to almond milk for my porridge and honey to top it and I am using nimble bread as well which is now lower in calories.

We end up having the same old meals so I’m definitely going to be stealing some of your ideas to make our meals a little more exciting!

Wow that’s being prepared. Well done. It looks and sounds amazing.
I’m so glad I did now as well now that we are in lockdown. It’s one less thing to worry about.
