Three week meal plan! Festive style!

Hello! Gosh it has been a while. 

I come to you today with a three week meal plan including Christmas week as well. I like to be organised and plan and be on front that way it’s one less stress for me to think about this month. I asked on Instagram of you wanted to share my meal plan with you and all of you said yes!

So here is my 3 week meal plan over the holidays. It will not be healthy though! However I am hoping to get back to calories counting in the new year so watch this space.

Without further ado, here is some serious meal planning!

Monday 

Breakfast – Cereal 

Lunch – Treat

Dinner – Chicken Kiev, chips and peas 

Tuesday  

Breakfast – Toast

Lunch – Leftover risotto 

Dinner – Koren spiced chicken and rice 

Wednesday

Breakfast – Toast

Lunch – Butty

Dinner – Brie, bacon,  cranberry sauce with a jacket potato and salad.

Thursday

Breakfast – Cereal 

Lunch – Linda  McCartney’s sausage roll 

Dinner – Chicken burger 

Friday 

Breakfast – Porridge

Lunch – Linda McCartney’s Sausage roll

Dinner – Pizza

Saturday

Breakfast – North Pole breakfast 

Lunch – Bagels 

Dinner – pigs in blanket hot dogs 

Sunday  

Breakfast – Cereal / eggs benedict

Lunch – Bagels 

Dinner – Melt in the middle fish cakes with new potatoes 

Monday

Breakfast – Toast 

Lunch – Reindeer sandwich 

Dinner – Puff pastry tart with veg

Tuesday 

Breakfast – Cereal

Lunch – Bagels and fruit 

Dinner – Pizza

Wednesday 

Breakfast – Porridge

Lunch – sandwich 

Dinner – Cooked ham and dauphinois potatoes 

Thursday (Christmas Eve)

Breakfast – Pancakes 

Lunch – Takeaway (we usually go out for Christmas Eve lunch but we can’t this year)

Dinner – Cheese platter 

Friday (Christmas Day)

Breakfast – Bacon butty

Lunch – brioche and fruit 

Dinner – Christmas Day dinner!

Saturday (Boxing Day)

Breakfast – Cereal

Lunch – whatever 

Dinner – Turkey butties

Sunday 

Breakfast – Toast

Lunch – whatever 

Dinner – turkey butties 

Monday

Breakfast – Toast

Lunch – whatever 

Dinner – Turkey curry 

Tuesday 

Breakfast – Porridge 

Lunch – chicken and rice

Dinner – corn beef hash with a lid

Wednesday 

Breakfast – Cereal

Lunch – duck wrap

Dinner -pasta bake 

Thursday

Breakfast – Porridge 

Lunch – Sandwich 

Dinner – New Years Eve buffet

Friday (New Years Day)

Breakfast – Pancakes 

Lunch – flatbread topped with feta, lettuce, onions and chicken bits

Dinner – homemade pie

Saturday 

Breakfast – Bagels 

Lunch – Platter

Dinner – Cheesy stuffed jacket potatoes 

Sunday 

Breakfast – Cinnamon toast 

Lunch – platter

Dinner – Roast dinner (lamb shank)

So there’s my meal plan for the last 3 weeks of 2020! Hopefully next year I can bring you some healthier meal plans!
